Well I survived! What you ask? The worst heat wave New York has had in years. Did I let that slow me down??Kind of. The trip was still a great success on several levels. I got see some old friends, make new ones and do some great tattoos.
This where I spent most of my time. Thanks again to everyone at Daredevil Tattoo for making me feel very welcomed.

One of the first things I did was tattoo a really good friend of mine Toby. He wanted a zombie viking and I was of course more than happy to provide.

Here is a piece I did on another good friend Angelo. He and Jay are in a great band called Descender. Google it!

One thing I realized while I was in New York was how many talented tattoo artist are there. I had to bump my work up right next to some of my favorites. This guy was covered in great work from Michelle form Daredevil.

I did get to take some time off and be a tourist. Although with the crazy heat, I didn’t mind being inside. But there was some incredible things to look at in the lower eastside.
The one the only Mike Giant..How did he do this?

Then I came across this and though Hell Yes! The New Museum.

Being surrounded by tall buildings and narrow streets you forget where you are sometimes until you look up and see views like this then you remember. Oh yeah I’m in fucking New York!

I started doing house call tattoos on some friends. Its been a while since I have done any kitchen tattoos. Ghetto style!
I did these two on Val and Larry. Congrats on getting married guys!

They also had the best address ever!

From here Jay and I made our way over to Two Arms Inc. to do a couple more kitchen tattoos.
Couple of screen printing squeegees. Thanks again for the website guys!

Last but not least I tattooed my friend Jay before I took a car to the airport. Fun little banger!

Well, thanks to everyone for making this a great trip even witt the heat and the smell of hot garbage, New York is still the place to be.
Send Nudes!
